There is this really neat music like the story of “The Wall” but it is geared towards recovery. I came across by Matt Soren the other day which puts a fresh perspective on industrial electro-rock. He is working on this album that is like a story the follows the 12 Steps but it is geared towards the process of overcoming addiction. I would say it sounds kind of like a mix of nine inch nails or stabbing westward but not so dark. I think they sound pretty professional now but then again, I am no audiophile. Anyway it looks like a really neat venture already so I am excited to see it when it is all complete.

It is nice to see more electro-rock like this that is written particularly for recovering from addiction in a more entertaining and pleasant way from someone that has already been through it and is making a impact with it. Besides that, it is nice to have more positive electro-rock coming from the industrial genre (if that is what it is) which is typically darker in nature.

I could not see any way to purchase anything yet but I am sure that is because it is not finished. Either way it will be cool to get some new recovery music that has more of an edge than most of the recovery stuff that is out there.
